A downhill-specific tyre with a super-soft compound option for racing. It balances grip and rolling resistance with a self-cleaning tread pattern that provides continuous grip when hurtling over muddy and slippery terrain.

Features

• SuperSoft compound: the softest and most grippy compound in the MTB Gravity range. Especially for downhill and enduro riding, where the main objective is to descend at full speed. Tyres with this compound are intended for cyclists who focus 100% on grip, traction and control. Recommended for use cases with a high percentage of downhill.
• Downhill casing: The strongest and most reinforced casing structure in the gravity line.
• Tubeless Ready: The casing structure is robust and resistant to damage and penetration by foreign objects. The result: versatility, reduced weight and attractive design. In addition, tyres made with this technology can also be used as inner tubes.
• E25: also suitable for E-Bikes.

BlackChili
The BlackChili compound is produced exclusively at the Continental plant in Korbach, Germany, and combines the latest polymers with carbon black particles and specially developed filler materials. Both cars and bicycles benefit from this technology. Mounted on a bicycle, tyres with BlackChili offer cyclists excellent reliability, whether in downhill races on a mountain bike or in time trials on a racing bike.
