Pass the rubber ring around the tube and attach it to the plastic hooks on the light (2 rubber rings supplied in the package). Use: press the button to turn on the light, select the desired lighting mode (4 steady modes, 4 flashing modes) and turn off. To switch from steady to flashing and vice versa, quickly press the button twice. To turn off, press and hold the button for at least 2 seconds.
